Engineering
Site feasibility, civil strategy, infrastructure, and disciplined technical coordination.

Engineer · Developer · Builder
Four decades connecting civil engineering, land development, real estate development, and construction.
A developer's perspective on engineering
Successful development requires more than sound technical work. It requires understanding the land, entitlement path, economics, design, constructability, schedule, capital, and the decisions that determine whether a project gets built.
My career has covered both sides of that equation—from civil engineering and land development to acquisition evaluation, entitlements, preconstruction, construction, portfolio leadership, and executive responsibility. Today, I bring those experiences together as Principal Engineer of MNK Engineering & Development PC.
